Hey all
Im a student at L'boro Uni and I want to give parkour a go. Im a complete newbie to parkour so I would need someone to run me through the basics if possible.
Is this thing still alive, forum looks pretty dead but do you all still meet up on Sundays or whatever? If so when and where exactly, and can I just turn up and have a go?

| Yeah we still meet up. On Sundays 12:30pm in Queens park. I am not always there anymore but they still is a turn out. Usually head straight to back of the town hall after getting supplies from home bargain. |
